On September 26th and 27th, an online seminar on Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) will be held with Robert Dilts, the world’s leading authority on the subject. It is an excellent opportunity to delve into this discipline that seeks to explain how our brain operates and define its mental patterns in order to facilitate self-knowledge and change processes.

The seminar is entitled «Modeling Success Factors in Challenging Times: Leadership, Change and Resilience» and is sponsored by the technology company Pyxis in partnership with the Casagrande School of Human Development (Edhuca).

What does Neurolinguistic Programming propose?

It is a proven tool for empowerment and human development that enhances personal aspects and, managed also at the collective level, projects all its benefits to the field of organizations.

The seminar in question will be given via Zoom by Robert Dilts, one of the main promoters of NLP since 1975. He was a disciple and colleague of its creators John Grinder and Richard Bandler and is currently the world’s leading scientist in this field. His main contributions include works on Strategies and Belief Change and the development of what is known as «Systemic NLP».

This seminar proposes to address leadership models, emotional intelligence and the inner game, the management of vital energy and the belief system that justifies our behaviors. It will deepen in the principles and processes of modeling success factors that can help us find «the difference that makes the difference» to successfully and happily navigate the transition of situations that make up the life of each one.
