2022 in review: grounded in our philosophy of people first, profit second
New year, new resolutions, and new perspectives. As 2022 comes to a close, we at Pyxis want to take this opportunity to reflect on all the progress we made this year across our company thanks to our hardworking team members and exceptional clients. Grounded in our philosophy of people first, profit second, we have been making great contributions to the IT industry with our customized solutions which prioritize our people, our customers, and our products.
The year 2022 was no exception. Our devoted and committed team members across the globe dedicated their time, energy, and talent to serve our clients and ensure the best custom experience for every single transition. It is always our primary goal to help our clients solve their everyday problems by building lasting and unique solutions that allow them to run their businesses with the confidence that we are handling their systems operations in the meanwhile.
This holiday season, we have much to be grateful for. We are so fortunate to have loyal customers who credit their company’s success to our solutions. As Troy Hiltbrand, Chief Information Officer of Kyani mentioned “ We hired Pyxis team to support our SAP commerce implementation. All of them were structured, well-prepared, and thought through. Our impact reaches far and wide, and as we look back on our achievements in 2022, the one thing that stands out across all ten units is innovation and pride in the quality of work we deliver. Whether providing customers with innovative solutions or constantly building their skill sets, our team members are truly impressive.

2022 was also a year of major advancements for Pyxis. We participated in over 40 tech talks, trained over 160 Pyxianos in soft skills, delivered over 200 projects and welcomed more than 50 new Pyxianos. We empowered our teams to receive a whopping numerous new technical certifications in different platforms and technologies. Remembering that our planet belongs to us all, we reaffirmed our unwavering commitment to preserving our environment by joining the United Nations Global Compact and collecting half a ton of electronic waste. Indeed, our efforts were recognized by our community.
