Contemplating the sunsets in Casapueblo, experiencing the gaze of Carlos Paez Vilaro, is already a tradition, but the sunset on Wednesday, January 5 will be very special because we will say goodbye dancing. Starting at 7:00 pm the second edition of Dance Meditation will take place, an experience that promotes an alternative space of gratitude in community, without physical contact, but united through meditation and dance.

The invitation is to connect via streaming to honor the sun, source of life and light, have fun, smile, and be grateful while feeling peace.

Sunsets are, by definition, a moment of introspection, reflection, pause and tranquility. Contemplating the sunset charges us with energy, revitalizes us and makes us get in touch with the most beautiful side of life. That afternoon we will enhance joy and happiness through dance and we will connect with our spiritual essence through meditation.

We will do this process with the help of two experts who will guide us in this online transmission: Klaudio Maturana, yoga teacher trained in India, and Juan Pablo Diaz Magariños, meditation instructor and Director of Casagrande, and Edhuca. We will also be joined by the host Florencio Paez, a DJ with ten years of experience, music and event producer.

Meditating at a distance comforts the spirit and enhances well-being. Doing this practice together with other peers, even if not in the same physical space, but united from the same spiritual vibration, gives rise to a powerful and transformative energy. It empowers us.

Dance Meditation is the meditation of purposes. We surrender our intention and passion to the Universe experiencing how we make our achievements and goals for the year.

We bid farewell to the sun from wherever we choose, applaud its journey, our own, give thanks and prepare our hearts for the new that is to come.
