Challenge

We were hired to support an SAP Commerce implementation. Our team collaborated closely with two other vendor companies to develop an MVP based on SAP Commerce + Spartacus. Our goal was to assemble an agile, fast-functioning team composed of multiple vendors, working seamlessly together using agile methodologies.

Solution

Our team successfully delivered the planned scope and rolled out the MVP. We adapted to the client’s project procedures with full flexibility, utilizing our communication tools (Slack) and adhering to the roadmap defined by Kyani. This collaborative approach ensured that all teams worked cohesively towards the common objective.
