Challenge

The client needed a team to complement their existing team in supporting and running distributed nodes with robust infrastructure. Beyond node deployment, they required assistance with various DevOps tasks such as deployments for the website, documentation, applications, and services. They sought to augment their team by managing critical services end-to-end.

Solution

We began with a proof of concept (PoC) to address one of their critical challenges. We then delivered a comprehensive solution backed by strong rationale, flexible options, and a detailed plan for long-term management and scaling.

We were commissioned to host and manage a production node using our DevOps capabilities, ensuring it could scale automatically when needed. The scope of work included:
