During the DDB process, we will discover which data truly makes a difference — the data that helps drive decisions and generate a return.
Data for the sake of data has no value on its own and is costly to obtain and manage. That’s why during the DDB process, we focus on results and what we aim to achieve through that data.
Evaluating Effort and Relevance
When the data doesn’t exist, we will identify what is needed to obtain it and whether the effort is justified. We will also analyze the update frequency of each data point based on when decisions need to be made.
Instant Information Retrieval
Finally, we organize the information into AI platforms similar to ChatGPT, where you can obtain the information you need simply by asking questions, either in writing or by voice, to the data assistant. Forget about Excel sheets, PDF reports, or dashboards — get the data you need instantly, as if you were asking one of your colleagues.
Structured Data Strategy
The DDB service is structured into four well-defined stages:
- Interviews + Workshop (4 days): Through two 2-hour interviews with each key area of the organization and a 6-hour workshop spread over two days, we engage management to identify which data would be valuable for their operations. This is the creative moment where we discover together the potential of data use in your company and how far you are from achieving it.
- Roadmap Development: We design a strategic plan that defines the actions, priorities, and resources needed to obtain, organize, and present the data identified in the previous stage.
- Data Project Execution: We implement the identified solutions, working closely with your team to ensure successful and sustainable results.
- Support and Advisory: We create a Data Committee within your organization and provide ongoing support to ensure that knowledge and capabilities are maintained and evolve over time.
