Cloud Devops Tech Lead

Buscamos un Tech Lead para incorporarse al equipo de Pyxis Infra.

Buscamos una persona con sólidos y amplios conocimientos en Informática y amplia experiencia en el ciclo de desarrollo, diseño e implantación de arquitecturas de software corporativo, utilizando metodologías ágiles, cultura DevOps y herramientas utilizadas en el sector.

Es importante que tengas experiencia en liderazgo técnico ya que serás un referente para el equipo en cuanto a decisiones técnicas requeridas.

Tendrás responsabilidad compartida en el equipo, además de tus implementaciones de proyectos y en algunos casos tareas estratégicas y operativas que se requieran tanto dentro de proyectos de clientes como internos.

Tu objetivo será co-diseñar directrices, procedimientos y estándares para el correcto funcionamiento de los diferentes proyectos asignados, así como participar en su implantación y aseguramiento. También realizarás recomendaciones junto con otros Tech Leads, así como dar soporte a los Solutions Leads en relación con el equipo, clientes y proveedores.

Requisitos

General:

- - Experience in a lead position
  - Creative thinker and problem solver, able to break down complex problems down to actionable items
  - Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote organization
  - Work happens completely autonomously with no regular need for review.

Technical:

- - - Computer science education or equivalent experience
    - Broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies that affect the business
    - Broad knowledge of clients architectures and workflows
    - Strong knowledge in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting major portions of a production stack
    - Ability to use a broad range (90%) of the team’s tech stack
    - Performs more complex work like capacity planning, load testing, security improvements, etc.

Communication:

- - An inclination towards communication, inclusion, visibility, and transparency
  - Upper-intermediate English

Responsibilities

General:

- - Improve the happiness and productivity of the team
  - Be the technical referent in the team for given clients
  - Provide technical direction in the project addressing the best solution required for the client’s needs
  - Collaborate with other team leads in architecture design, technology trends, ensure the implementation and evolution of the proposed solutions
  - Collaborate with the team to help them improve their skills
  - Meet with customers and prospects to discuss our DevOps capabilities

Technical:

- - Identify challenges and technical debt and suggest solutions to address them
  - Conducting audits to identify areas of improvement
  - Work with their team to identify and fix technical problems
  - Design, Implement and maintain architectures for the client and the baseline of the company
  - Provide technical support to our facing teams
  - Significant technical contributor to problem resolution; demonstrates consistent maturity in communication and demeanor under stress
  - Supervising system modifications

Communication:

- - - Evangelize successful adoption and use of tooling and technologies within the team
    - Lead conversations to encourage collaboration across teams
