Challenge:

OCA began a digital transformation process in order to modernize its business processes and capture a segment of the population that it was not reaching.

Solution:

A mobile application was developed with a modern and up-to-date design, which allows OCA customers to access the main services such as viewing their account statement, viewing their transactions, blocking cards, requesting loans, operating with OCA Blue, or added-value services such as paying for parking fees and cell phone recharges.

URUGUAY POSTAL SERVICES
Uruguayan Post has a scalable system that continues to grow
Challenge:

The Postal Service had the challenge of modernizing its IT systems, developing an interoperability platform aimed at integrating traditional solutions with the new requirements of the Postal Act.

Solution:

An interoperability platform was built by integrating the different internal systems of the Postal Service, while working on the modernization of the most critical ones. A single back office portal was implemented, which improved the user experience and integrated the solutions into a single site and served as a basis for adding more functionalities.

SCOTIABANK
Successfully renews its technology platform
Challenge:

Scotiabank, the financial institution, initiated a global technological platform improvement years ago. In this context, subsidiaries in each country were required to transition all their technology components to the cloud to achieve economies of scale and efficiency improvements.

Solution:

Pyxis conducted a proof of concept with more modern technologies so that the system could be hosted on the new global platform and cybersecurity issues could be avoided. A new possible flexible architecture for Scotiabank’s services was tested, more aligned to time to market, which would allow services to be deployed in a more agile way and facilitate the scaling of these services.
