Junior Commercial Associate

We are looking for talents who:

Want to join our commercial team at Pyxis — someone with drive, curiosity, and a genuine interest in learning.

Responsabilities:

The position has two main focuses:

• Managing smaller-volume accounts, handling client relationships independently.
• Executing our digital demand generation strategy, actively participating in its implementation and evolution.

You’ll also provide support on larger accounts when needed.

You’ll work closely with both clients and technical teams, so we value people who are comfortable in both worlds. Using AI tools is a regular part of the day-to-day.

Requirements:

• Practical, habitual use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs) applied to writing, research, synthesis, and basic automations.
• Proficiency with productivity, office, and collaboration tools.
• Advanced student or graduate in Digital Business Management, International Business, Systems Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have:

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial, client-facing, operations, or similar roles.
• Experience working with technical teams.
• Involvement in demand generation, digital content, or commercial communications.
• CRM experience (HubSpot or others).
• Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar).
• Experience with outreach or email marketing platforms.
• Background combining technology and business.
• Courses, certifications, or personal projects related to AI, growth, or digital sales.
