Cloud Administrator

We are looking for virtualization platform administrators based on VMWare to be part of the management and evolution of the most important cloud platforms in the country.

We are looking to add to our team professionals with at least 2 years of experience managing productive environments, looking to face new challenges and develop their potential.

Responsabilities:

You will work in a highly specialized environment with a team of professionals working directly on cloud platforms and in contact with administrators from different areas and technologies.

Requirements:

– Attitude to face constant technological challenges.
– Ability to work as part of a team.
– Experience in mission critical environments.
– Knowledge of VMWare ESXi and vCenter administration.

Nice to have:

-Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems administration.
– Experience in storage and server administration.
– Experience in Networking and Firewalls administration.
– Knowledge in Aria suite, vCloud Director, NSX.
– Adaptability to technological change
– Ability to communicate with the client
– VMWare certifications.

Role Challenges:

– Participate in the management and evolution of the largest private and public Cloud platforms in Uruguay.
– Be part of a multidisciplinary team with technicians in different areas.
– Interact with technical counterparts of strategic customers to ensure the proper functioning of the platform and its evolution according to business requirements.
– Support mission critical systems and services, providing support to platform customers and platform availability.
– Optimize platform operations using management and automation tools.
– Continuous development and certification in the latest virtualization solutions.
