What will your challenge be?
You’ll be part of strategic initiatives working alongside architecture, development, infrastructure, and business teams, translating needs and constraints into robust, sustainable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Responsabilities:
- Designing and reviewing software and solution architectures.
- Supporting development projects from an architectural standpoint.
- Driving the progressive modernization of systems and platforms.
- Defining technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Building reference architectures and technology evolution roadmaps.
- Analyzing technical decisions considering quality, security, performance, availability, and operations.
- Facilitating agreements and decisions across multiple teams and areas.
In an initial phase, you’ll have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the technological and organizational context, actively participating in real projects and decisions. You’ll then gradually take on an increasingly strategic role in defining the technology roadmap.
Requirements:
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- At least 3 years working as a Software Architect, Solutions Architect, or Technical Lead.
- Experience working with development teams, providing technical leadership and guidance.
- Ability to build consensus across teams while balancing technical, organizational, and business constraints.
Technical knowledge
- Experience designing service-based architectures, APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Java and its ecosystem, especially Spring Boot and/or Quarkus, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with relational databases and NoSQL technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience documenting and communicating architecture decisions clearly and effectively.
Education
- Computer Engineering degree or equivalent
