Data Engineer Azure

The Pyxis Data Engineering team is looking for an Azure Data Engineer. We are looking for people who are passionate about learning and working with state-of-the-art data processing and analysis technologies and platforms.

We are looking for talents who:

  • Understand the needs of each project keeping in mind the value that is contributed to each client’s business.
  • Have the ability to self-manage, prioritizing and balancing the execution of more than one project at a time.
  • Communicate naturally in a pleasant and effective way with clients and the work team.

 

Responsabilities:

  • Design and implement data architectures that provide the greatest possible benefit to our customers.
  • Develop data ingestion and processing pipelines.
  • Build data analysis and visualization solutions.

 

Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience in Data Engineer roles working on projects with technologies such as: Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factoy and Azure Data Lake Storage.
  • Student about to graduate or graduated from a Computer Engineering or Systems degree.
  • English level B2.

 

Nice to have:

-Experience in technologies such as: Azure DevOps, Databricks Unity Catalog, Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Explorer or Microsoft Fabric.
-Certifications in Azure or Databricks:

  • Databricks Data Analyst Associate, Databricks Data Engineer Associate or Databricks Data Engineer Professional.
  • Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600) or Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203).
